All orders ship via USPS as soon as they’re ready. All US Orders are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10 (excluding Hawaii & Puerto Rico). All orders shipping to Hawaii & Puerto Rico are charged a flat rate of $30.

Madri Collection accepts returns on all product shipped within the United States within 10 days of receiving your purchase. We do not accept exchanges or returns for items shipped internationally. Exchanges and returns on full-price merchandise must be requested by emailing returns@madricollection.com. In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included.
