Returns + Exchanges
Madri Collection was conceptualized by two nursing mothers who thought deeply about the designs, look, and feel. We understand, however, that sometimes garments don’t work. We’d love for you to contact us to tell us why at email@example.com.
Madri Collection accepts returns on all product shipped within the United States within 10 days of receiving your purchase. We do not accept exchanges or returns for items shipped internationally. Exchanges and returns on full-price merchandise must be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags and packaging included. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns. Items purchased using a discount or promotional code may not be eligible for exchanges or returns - please check the promotional rules for eligibility.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please send an email to email@example.com with "Return Request" and Your Order Number included in the subject line. Please include the name of the product you'd like to exchange or return, the size and color of the item and the reason for making an exchange or return. Our customer service team will reply and send you a pre-paid USPS return label within 2 business days. Once you receive your return label, adhere it to the box and drop your shipment off at your Post Office or at any USPS facility. To find your nearest store visit www.usps.com. All exchange and return packages must be dropped off at your local post office or facility within 1 week of receiving your label. Exchanges and returns sent back after 1 week from receiving the pre-paid return label are subject to return-to-sender or merchandise credit.
To process an exchange, please return your item for a full refund and place a new order for your desired exchange.
